JONES (Ann) Peacefully, in the presence of her family, on 19th October 2012, Ann, at Castle Court Residential Home, Chepstow, formerly of King Street, Cwmfelinfach. Retired Health Visitor and nurse in Risca and district, also a founder member and active fundraiser of St Davids Foundation. Ann was the beloved daughter of the late Edward and Mary Jones and much loved sister and friend of Edith and the late Eddie and Gwyneth. Loving and caring Aunt of Edward, Ken, Ruth and the late Tommy. She will also be sadly missed by her great nephews and nieces and their families. The family wish to thank, most sincerely, all the staff at Castle Court for their devoted care and much kindness that was shown to Ann during her stay there. Also many thanks to the Doctors at Mount Pleasant Practice, Chepstow. Ann is resting at the Funeral Home of Philip Blatchly & Son, 5 Station Road, Chepstow. NP16 5PA. Tel: 01291 624939, until her funeral on Tuesday 20th November 2012 at St Theodore's Church, Ynysddu ad 11.45am followed by cremation at the Gwent Crematorium, Croesyceiliog, at 1pm. Family flowers only please, any donations in lieu for St Davids Foundation can be forwarded c/o the Funeral Director.
