EWINS On 29th June 2015, Ray Ewins of Cwmbran, (ex. G.W.R.). Beloved Husband of the late Brenda, devoted Father of Monica, loved Father in law of the late Royce, much loved Gaga of Jonathan and Elisha, Bethan and Paul and great Grandchildren Lowri, Ioan and Quinn. Funeral Friday 10th July, Service 2.30pm at Fairhill Methodist Church, Fairwater afterwards at Gwent Crematorium at 3.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be given at the Crematorium for Ty Hafan Children's Hospice. Enquiries to Peterson Funeral Home, Maendy Way, Cwmbran. Tel: 01633 483127.

I remember Ray fondly, when working as a shunter on Newport Docks in the 60/70s.Known as "Ruins" he was always a well disciplined and popular individual and a pleasure to work with. My condolences to all his family. I am sorry to hear of his passing.
