WILLIAMS (Dicky) Tragically on 8th July 2015, Richard David Williams aged 24 years, formerly of Sebastopol. Devoted son of Margaret and Stephen, dearly loved grandson of June and Val and the late Olga and Albert Peploe, much loved nephew and cousin who will be sadly missed by Margaret's partner John and all who knew him. Funeral Thursday 23rd July, service 3.30pm at the Gwent Crematorium.
