PAYNE (Budgie) Suddenly on 25th September 2016 at his home in Thornhill Cwmbran, Kenneth John Payne. Will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Thursday 6th October, service 10.00am at Gwent Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be given at the service for Critical Care, Royal Gwent Hospital.
