HOWELLS Andrew James aged 43 years of Elan Way, Caldicot Sadly passed away at home on 7th November. Adored husband of Helen and doting Dad of Imogen and Hermione, a wonderful son and brother. A Service of Thanksgiving for Andrew's life will take place on Tuesday 21st November at 11.30am at Langstone Vale Crematorium, Magor Rd., Langstone, NP18 2BP, (near Old Barn Inn). Family flowers only but donations in lieu, in memory of Andrew, if desired, can be made for St. David's Hospice Care.
