PHILPOTT Sheila On February 5th at St David's Hospice, Sheila, of Parc Seymour. Beloved wife of David, mother of Caroline and Rosemary and Grandma to Emily, Richard and Helena. Funeral Friday February 23rd, family service at Langstone Vale Crematorium followed by a celebration of Sheila's life at Caerwent Church, NP26 5AY at 2.30pm. All welcome, no mourning clothes please.
