SMITH Patricia In the tender care of Claremont Court Nursing Home on 8th of February 2018, formerly of Avon Place, Llanyrafon and Llanyrafon Court Nursing Home. Much loved wife of the late Tony, devoted Mum of Beverley and Stuart, dear mother in law of Stephen and Catherine, adored Nan of Liam, Lewis, Olivia and Charlotte. Funeral Thursday 22nd of February, service 10:00 am at Gwent Crematorium. No flowers please, donations in lieu may be given at the service for Claremont Court.
