ROSSER Peacefully on 24th February 2018, William (Bill) Rosser of New Inn. Beloved husband of Jayne, devoted father of Matthew and Michael, loved father in law of Emma and Danielle, adored gramp of Bethany, Amy and Arlo. Funeral Tuesday 20th March 2018, service 12 noon at Gwent Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be given at the service for The British Heart Foundation.
