KRUKOWICZ On 6th April 2018 Peacefully Pat Krukowicz formerly of Griffithstown. Beloved wife of the late Walter, devoted mother of Stefan and Petrina, dear grandmother of Chloe and Connor and great grandmother of Ethan and Amelie. Funeral Tuesday 8th May. Service 1:00 pm at Gwent Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu can be given at the service for Ty Gwyn Residential Home and St David's Hospice.
