BATTEN On Friday 21st September 2018. Violet May of Croesyceiliog passed away peacefully after a short illness aged 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Howard, devoted mother of Keith, Terry and Michael and a much loved grandmother. It was Violets request for a private service, which took place on Thursday 4th October at the Gwent Crematorium. The family have asked for donations in lieu of flowers be sent to Cancer Research UK.
