POWELL Peacefully on 28th November 2018 Ralph Powell of Goytre formerly Post Master of Sebastopol. Beloved husband of the late Enfys, devoted father of Deborah and the late Elaine, much loved grancha of Warren, Evan, Owain, Dylan, Aled and Delyth, great grancha of Jupiter and Aurora. Funeral Service Thursday 13th December 2018 1:10pm at St Hilda's Church, Griffithstown followed by cremation at 2pm Gwent Crematorium.
