PHILLIPS Reginald Ernest 1930 - 2019 After a long illness, on the 27th January 2019, Reg passed away at Ty Enfys Nursing Home, Pentwyn. Whilst there he was given the utmost care. Reg was the beloved husband of Avis and the dearly loved father of Sara, Susie and Nigel and their families. Funeral to be held at Gwent Crematorium on Friday 15th February at 1.30pm. Family flowers only please.
