COOK Connie Eileen The family of the late Connie would like to extend sincere thanks to all for the cards and words of condolence received in their sad loss, to all who generously gave donations, and to everyone for attending the funeral service. Special thanks to district nurses Jackie Agbaje and Laura Jenkins and the team of North 2 Torfaen, St.David's Foundation at home service and ISS Healthcare all of whom nursed Connie with such care, kindness and gentleness to make her last days at home so precious to the family. Thanks to Claire Mountain (Civil Celebrant) for the comforting service, to Ros for all the beautiful floral tributes, to Kerrie Peake of Arthur Peake (Funeral Service Ltd) for professional and understanding manner which he dealt with the arrangements from day one to the final day.
