Gwent Central League wash-out

All scheduled matches in the Gwent Central League on Saturday were cancelled due to waterlogged grounds following Fridays and Saturdays downpours.

Followers of the Gwent Central FA's Inter-League Cup are asked to note that the cup final between the Knauf Insulation Gwent Central and the TSA North Gwent League, due to be played at Cwmbran Stadium on Saturday February 21, has been cancelled due to the North Gwent League manager being on holiday.

Some of the league clubs, who were given the day off from League fixtures on that day, to allow selected players to play for the League will now also go without a game through the cancellation of the Inter League Final, which will now be played April/May.
