And, being based in the old Chepstow farmers' warehouse, near the town's riverside, means they can not only sell products directly from the shop floor, but also offer a efficient delivery service twice-a-week.

"No one has to wait for ages for their furniture, and, because of the quantities we buy, we obtain discounts from the manufacturers which we pass on to the customers, so the stock is ever changing," explains Susie.
