We listen to what people want and then do our utmost to produce it," says Andrew, who is married to Greenway managing director Ian Haines' daughter, Lucy - Greenway's head of personnel and accounts.

Ian launched the company 16 years ago amid the humble surroundings of his garage. A determination to put his customers first and provide world-class conservatories, doors and windows soon propelled the company to the Polo Grounds Industrial Estate, New Inn, where Ian now employs 32 experienced and helpful staff.

Unlike many of its competitors, Greenway custom builds products using its own materials and equipment, meaning its sales designers can cater to individual customer needs.

"We can design exactly what the customer wants, even down to a small curve. We could buy the products in a lot cheaper, but we want to know that our customers are truly happy with what they have. As a company, we only look to make a profit from having happy customers," says Andrew.

Aside from its head office at New Inn, Greenway also has three show sites open seven days a week at the Hurrans Garden Centre, Langstone, Caerphilly Garden Centre and Chepstow Garden Centre.
