Race First XI's remaining three fixtures in October are tricky encounters two of which are away from home.
Firstly they travel to Newport to face a very good Lliswerry outfit. Then comes a visit from high-flying Coed Eva Athletic in the County Motors Challenge Cup.
Then they make the arduous journey to take on Abertillery Bluebirds at the end of the month. October will be a month that will ask a lot of the players, but there is no reason why they can't win all three.
This Saturday could also mark the debut of recent signing Russell Williams.
Meanwhile the Second XI who are in good form are in cup action, with a home fixture against the reformed Usk Town B side, all players to not that this cup fixture has an early kick off 2.30pm, with players asked to meet at 1pm.
