Alongside his talented musical bedfellows The Good The Mad & The Lovely Posse, Adam Ant will visit Cardiff as part of his forthcoming nationwide tour on April 7.
His first show ever at Cardiff University Student Union, Adam will be supported by New Killer Shoes.
The brilliant troubadour and storyteller first made his mark with star contingent Adam & The Ants, producing ground breaking hits such as Antmusic, Stand and Deliver, and Prince Charming. He has earned himself a BRIT Award, an Ivor Novello for best songwriter and Q Magazine’s coveted ‘Q Icon’ award.
After a career rubbing shoulders with legends such as Michael Jackson, Prince and Motown founder Berry Gordy, the brocade-adorned superstar now makes his return to the stage with as much energy and charisma as ever.
Last year saw the release of his sixth solo studio album, Adam Ant is the Blueblack Hussar in Marrying Gunner’s Daughter of which he will be playing material from on his Cardiff date.
