Dog Biscuit by Helen Cooper(R Books, £10.99).
BRIDGET ate a dog biscuit. I'm not so sure why she ate it but she did. She found a tin of them in the shed and was a litte peckish. They are meant, of course, for dogs, not people.
What will become of Bridget? Will she grow some ears, or some fur? Will she start to bark? Even Mrs Blair's dog was looking at her strangely and she could have sworn she heard it talk to her... Maybe Mrs Blair's dog was a little girl before she ate a dog biscuit.
This is such a fun book and kids will love the illustrations. It'll certainly get their imaginations going, but keep them away from the dog biscuits!
