The Edge Of Love (15) *** - Keira Knightley, Sienna Miller, Matthew Rhys and Cillian Murphy.
A GREAT cast can't ultimately drag this story revolving around the love triangle exploits of the great Welsh poet Dylan Thomas much above the ordinary despite a promising start.
Set in London during the Second World War, Thomas (Matthew Rhys) finds himself in love with both his wife Caitlin MacNamara (Sienna Miller) and his childhood friend and old flame Vera Phillips (Keira Knightley), who is married to the devoted Captain William Killick (Cillian Murphy).
Thomas inability to commit to either promises to destroy them all but love rivals Vera and Caitlin strike up an unlikely relationship.
Disappointingly, the story never quite lives up to the early promise.
