YOUNG Venture Players played to its strengths with their latest production of Bring It On The Musical.
Without a doubt, the cast brought the show to life portraying the competitive streak in high school cheerleading.

The dancing exposed real creativity where the finale cheerleader dances had everyone clapping along.

It was obvious that the audience as well as the theatre group were thoroughly enjoying themselves.
Ruby Davies, as Campbell, was definitely the leading star of the show where her singing and dancing lived up to her demanding popular character.

Megan Postle, as Danielle, and Evie Brettel, as Skylar, were equally as good with their strong diva attitudes creating dramatic fun scenes.

The musical was never short of laughs where Josie Ash as Bridget and Joe Whittington as La Cienega had the audience in hysterics with their incredible comic timing.

As the ‘baddy’ in the musical, Mia Gregory, as Eva, played the deceptiveness of her characters personality excellently with both her evil and sweet side.

Many of the male characters helped add to the overall performance of the dances and the character Randal, portrayed by Oliver Burridge, brought an intriguing love story to the show.

The musical excelled with the cast’s individual solos, choreography and humour elements.

As a whole this was a joy to watch but ultimately it was the enthusiasm and the hard work of the cast that made this a winner.
