PONTYPOOL capped off their promotion season by lifting the Ben Francis Cup last night.
Their 41-22 home victory over Abergavenny came thanks to tries from Ben Salt (2), Sam Pallor (2), Darren Pearce, Gavin Fergusson, and Nicky Coughlin.
