As an unmarried person there's nothing in this for me: it is a married chancellor's autumn statement for married people - there's nothing for me here;)

the marriage tax break is nothing more than gideon pandering to the right and their love for the (now obsolete) nuclear family.

the bigger things that worries me are selling off our 40% stake in eurostar (another fire sale of our countries succesful infrastructure) and the plan for yet more tax breaks for fracking firms - who have said themselves its the planning aspect thats causing problems, not tax.

Whilst this Old Etonian parliamentary media opera is underway, Nigella and Charles talk about £700,000 as if it was everyday petty cash...which it is. To the "other Britain" who run this rancid madhouse. Meanwhile Britain now has levels of malnutrution not seen since the 1930s. Or Dickens.

Tramp the dirt down. Bury them DEEP.
