    I believe it was that nice Tory man William Hague who managed to stop it at that time on a visit to Newport ( did he listen to the fishermen who were opposed to it ? )
    Maybe the MP's,AM's Councillor's could NOW get here heads out of the clouds and try and get it going again ( esp Dame Butler who lives in Caerleon she must be cut off ? )
    Just think, NO more muddy banks to see with rubbish and with a New development in the City im sure it would help to put us back on the map ?"
