OUR photographer was at this weekend's Big Event in Cwmbran to capture the action - and there was plenty to capture.

Organisers hope to have beaten last year's attendance figure of 10,000 thanks to gorgeous suinshine and soaring temperatures.

Here are our photographer's shots from the event.

"Caught on camera"
This headline is generally used for nefarious and clandestine exposures, not a fabulous family day out.
it was superb and it was nice to seethe restored buildings in the park an the play equipment in full use by the children.

Therefore big thank you to the organisers, volunteers, stewards and council for the facilities as well as adequate parking, provided on the day.
There were many stalls, exhibits and a funfair as well as a sound stage for the various artistes who performed on the day.
Even the church got in on the act with at least 3 represented there as well as 1 local ministry.
Perhaps a video could be made next time, showing the good people of Wales, that its possible for people to enjoy themselves with good wholesome and clean fun, not to mention getting wet as well!
Something for everyone............
.......

Congratulations to all concerned!
