Torfaen Mayoress Mandy Owen also attended the birthday bash on Monday at Thomas Gabrielle care home in Victoria Street, Cwmbran.
The mum of one met relatives including a niece and great niece and also got a birthday card from the Queen.
Care home activities coordinator Chris Allen, 59, said: “There were lots of relatives, staff and friends.
“She was a bit tired towards the end of it posing for photographs. She had a bouquet of flowers coming out of her ears and a nice big cake.”
Mrs Culley’s family said that she worked at a valve factory called Saunders Valves in Grange Road, Cwmbran, before retiring.
She turned 100 on Sunday. Her daughter Joy Appleby, 66, helped to organise the birthday party the following day.
