MARKETING Management Services International, the Glasgow-based marketing research provider, has teamed up with GMI in Seattle in a deal MMSI said yesterday was worth at GBP1.4m. Gerald Michaluk, MMSI's chief executive, said it also moved the company into the lucrative polling arena. Under the terms of the agreement, the partnership will work to provide a global panel of more than 5.5 million panelists so GMI can add benchmarking in real-time to its existing global customer satisfaction research service.
