A WOMAN needed more than 30 stitches to her face after a vicious street attack.
The 54-year-old was grabbed from behind and repeatedly punched in the face on Bonnington Avenue, Edinburgh, at around 9.15pm on Thursday. Police believe a weapon was used, given the extent of the injuries inflicted, but are still investigating.
