NEVILLE Isdell has resigned as a non-executive director of Scottish & Newcastle with effect from May 31, the Edinburgh-based brewer announced yesterday. Isdell has been named chairman and chief executive-elect at the Coca-Cola Company. Sir Brian Stewart, chairman of S&N, paid tribute to Isdell's ''greatly valued'' knowledge of the international drinks industry.
