A MAN has died after being seriously injured by a piece of machinery at an industrial premises in Leominster.
Emergency services were called to Thomas Panels in Southern Avenue at around 5.20pm.
Air ambulances from Strensham and Cosford attended as well as a community paramedic in a rapid response vehicle, police and one ambulance.
The man, in his 60s, was airlifted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham but later died in hospital.
In a statement, West Mercia Police said: "Police are not treating the incident as suspicious at this stage and the investigation has been handed to the Health and Safety Executive.”
