TWO brothers appeared in court charged with assaulting a man and a teen girl at their home in Cookley.

Aaron Harvey, 23, was charged with assaulting both of the victims on January 24, while his 24-year-old brother Karl Harvey was charged with assault on the man on the same day.

Both pleaded not guilty to the charges when they appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday, May 14, together.

Aaron Harvey was also charged with criminal damage of a living room window which he pleaded guilty to.

Chairman of the magistrates, Tim Morris, put off the sentencing of the criminal damage until the outcome of the assault charges has been determined.

A trial was set and the bothers, both of Ideal Buildings, Kidderminster, are due to appeared in court again on August 7.

Aaron Harvey was granted bail on the conditions he does not contact the victims or witnesses directly or indirectly and does not go to Kimberley Avenue, in Cookley, and Karl Harvey was granted unconditional bail.
