A CWMBRAN man has denied three charges of burglary, intimidation and damaging property.
44-year-old Mark Jason Toms, of Greenmeadow Way, Cwmbran, appeared at Cardiff Crown Court earlier this morning.
Toms is charged with one count of burglary on May 19 this year, one count of intimidation relating to an incident on May 30 and one count of damaging property on May 30.
The intimidation charge involves an allegation Toms went to the alleged victim's home, pursued her into her car and then jumped on top of the car.
Toms, who was represented by Eugene Egan, pleaded not guilty to all three allegations.
Judge Eleri Rees set a trial date for September 15. Toms was remanded in custody.
