A MAN who assaulted two carers at a mental hospital near Raglan will be indefinitely detained at another facility.
Martin Godfrey, 34, was a patient at Llanarth Court Hospital when the assaults took place on March 8, 2014.
He is now currently a patient at Kneesworth House Hospital in Cambridgeshire.
At Cardiff Crown Court on Thursday, Recorder Nicholas Gareth Jones ordered Godfrey serve a Section 37 order under the Mental Health Act at Kneesworth House.
He also imposed a Section 41 restriction order for public safety.
Godfrey had earlier admitted the assaults at Newport Crown Court on June 1.
