All items are baked by the hotel's pastry chef with warm, homemade scones served with clotted cream and jam, delicious sugary Welsh Cakes as well as beautifully made finger sandwiches

The afternoon tea is served from 3.30pm to 6pm in the hotel's lounge.

For a slightly more laid back afternoon tea experience, Parc Pantry should be on your list.

Here's the sort of thing you can enjoy: Gourmet Popcorn from Portlebay, handmade traybakes, fruit scones with clotted cream and preserve, a wedge of homemade cake, and rustic baguettes with a selection of fillings. All this is served with a pot of refillable Welsh Tea or Americano dependant on your prefrence (per person).

The Summer Afternoon Tea, which is £21.50 per person Monday to Friday and £29.50 per person at the weekend, is a real treat. A delicious savoury and sandwich selection is served on a traditional stand with your choice of tea or glass of bubbly before the hand-made cakes, pastires and scones are brought out. All incredibly fresh and served in the bright and airy surroundings of the Olive Tree with views over some of the fantastic grounds at the resort.
