A BLAENAVON football club is on the lookout for a new poster promoting safety on Bonfire Night.
Ahead of Blaenavon Blues’ fireworks event on Sunday, November 5, children are invited to enter the competition with the best entry winning a special prize.
“The competition is open to all ages and has advertised within Blaenavon Heritage Primary School and Facebook,” said Abigail Williams.
“The entries can either be handed back into the school or into Blaenavon Post Office/Artie Craftie.
“The poster entries have to be in by Friday, October 20 and then will be judged, the winner will get to push the button to start the display on the night and also a prize.
“There will also be two smaller prizes for second and third as well.”
