FROM Pontypool Museum’s digital archives are two images which take a look back at former rugby sides from across the area.
As the NatWest Six Nations draws to its conclusion, it is a chance of club teams to move back into full focus.
One of the images shows the Cwmbran Rugby Club side from the 1906/1907 season, and the other is of Pontypool Excelsiors from the 1926/1927 season.
These images were donated by the Pontypool Museum as part of its digital archive, which aims to preserve historic documents, images and records from the area.
