PUPILS from Chepstow School recently reached the UK finals of the Teentech Awards, which showcase the best the nation’s schools have to offer in scientific and technological innovation.
Of 73 schools in attendance, Chepstow was one of only two Welsh schools to make the final.
Pupils presented their work, on radio, to leading figures from the fields of industry and science.
Project leader and teacher, Marek Anthony, who was also shortlisted for the event’s teacher of the year award, said: “I am very proud of the Teentech teams and how professional their conduct was throughout the day. They were true ambassadors for Wales and Chepstow School and we are very proud of them and their achievements’’
