TORFAEN Play Service are helping to create safer routes around the Cwmbran area by giving a new lease of life to buildings in the community.
It stems from the 'Safer Routes to School' project which was carried out on subways in the area.
By making subways and community buildings more inviting with bright, colourful artwork, it aims to encourage children and young people to play outside.
The project has been supported by local councillors and forms part of the Play Sufficiency Action plan for Torfaen.
Executive member for children and young people Cllr Mandy Owen said: "What a fantastic job the play service have done again, making these buildings bright and exciting well done."
Play Service manager Julian Davenne said: "We are planning to do a series of these murals up and down the borough over the summer, feel free to contact if you feel there is an area that would benefit from this project."
You can contact Mr Davenne by email on julian.davenne@torfaen.gov.uk.
