A LOCAL hospital radio station is searching for new presenters to join its team at its base in Abergavenny.

NH Sound, which is celebrating 29 years on air, broadcasts from Nevill Hall Hospital on the Patientline system internally, and to the community of Abergavenny on 1287AM.

It is run by the Penyfal hospital radio society, and is to be re-launched next week by station manager, Phil England.

The station is seeking new presenters and other new members of the team ranging from programme helpers, to request collectors and fund raisers. If you have a few hours to spare, why not get involved in this important part of the Abergavenny community.
