CHEPSTOW Comprehensive School will be hosting a fashion show to raise money for The Rifles Regimental charity Care For Casualties.

The event that will be held on Thursday, May 24 at 7.30pm will provide a fantastic opportunity for Chepstow to show the rest of the county what it has to offer.

Care For Casualties provides practical help, support and assistance in the short and long-term and has helped local soldiers who have been left with life changing injuries.

Signed up to take part is shops All About Eve, Runway, Eden Rose, Herbert Lewis, Viva Couture, Scandia' and Tuttie Fruttie.

The event has been generously sponsored by Mabey Bridge and Monmouthshire Housing Association.

The vision is for a vibrant, energetic and entertaining showcase of local fashion and will involve local primary schools via a design competition. It will also engage students through a plastic bag challenge and charity shop challenge.

At the Chepstow Fashion Show 2012 there will be a licensed bar, a raffle, a free prize draw and entertainment during the interval. Local traders will also be selling their wares, such as jewellery, accessories, crafts and cupcakes.

Tickets are £5 each and are currently on sale at Runway on the High Street in Chepstow or from Chepstow Comprehensive School.
