CHEPSTOW Male Voice Choir will be performing at two cathedrals and a church this weekend.

The choir is looking forward to performing in St Paul’s Cathedral on Friday.

Chepstow Male Voice Choir promoter George Hiscocks, said: “The choir will fulfil the dream of just about every choir in the land: to sing under the great rotunda – the mighty dome – of St Paul’s.

“This will be a lunch-time concert under very strict, rules of engagement, and timing. But all the team are thrilled at this opportunity.”

Then it’s off to perform a concert in Peterborough Cathedral for the Rotary Club on Saturday evening.

On Sunday, the choir will perform a short, but free, concert at The Stump, a 272 feet tall church tower, in Lincolnshire, which was both a lighthouse and a day marker for ships heading from The Wash to Boston docks.
