A CHEPSTOW singer who reached the final of a hit TV talent show has postponed her studies to concentrate on music full time.
The Voice contestant Hannah Berney was in her third year at Exeter University, but is now aiming to release her first single.
The 21-year-old, who is relaunching herself as ‘Berney’, has been writing music supported by a number of leading industry professionals.
They include Rymez, who recently scored a number one with Heatwave by Wiley and Steve Bush, a Monmouth-based producer.
Following her exit from the TV show in May, she has spent her time at writing sessions, recording and experimenting with her sound.
