Leading IT consultancy, Certus TG, has become the first company in Wales to gain accreditation from Dell for its advances in desktop virtualisation.

Desktop virtualisation is one of the newest developments in computer technology, enabling companies and individuals to carry their home or office computer’s information with them, wherever they go. It works by storing a person’s personal data on a secure network, which is remotely accessible by logging on to their personal branch of the system from any device.

Paul Brown, CEO of Certus TG, said: “Given the changing nature of workforces and the increase in flexible working, providing access to data wherever an employee is based is a huge benefit to an organisation.

“Businesses are coming to us increasingly to help them implement this in the most cost effective and secure way for their business.

“We are delighted to be the first accredited Dell partner in Wales for desktop virtualisation and this serves as an added reassurance to our clients of the quality of our services.”

Based at Celtic Springs near Newport, Certus TG is one of Wales’ largest IT consultancies supporting 120 companies. Current clients include the Millennium Stadium, Freshwater, Broomfield & Alexander, Premier Global, Julian Hodge Bank, Tenovus and Watts Gregory LLP.
