Three new board members have been elected by an organisation that represents more than 100 learning providers across Wales.

The National Training Federation for Wales has welcomed John Nash, of TSW Training, Bridgend, new chair of the South Wales region together with Sarah John, of Acorn Group, Newport, and Paul Napier, of Rathbone Cymru, chair and vice chair respectively from the South East Wales region.

Mrs John, who writes a regular column for Business Argus, has been involved in work based learning for more than 20 years and has developed a good working relationship with a number of agencies and stakeholders. Her role with Acorn Learning Solutions incorporates finance operational delivery, bid management, and the development of innovative learning solutions for employers and learners.

Married with two children, she is a board member for LsKIP, the South East Wales Regional Learning Partnership and the NTfW’s representative on the University of Glamorgan Collaboration Forum.
