LEADING Wales property firm Paul Fosh Auctions has signalled its intention to boost its business with a key new appointment.

The largest auction house in Wales, renowned for its regular sales of domestic houses, is putting an increased focus on commercial and business property sales.

To that end experienced commercial property professional Keri Harding-Jones has been appointed to advance this side of the expanding Newport-based business.

Keri, from Newport, has already brought her 15 years’ experience in the property industry to bear with a number of substantial commercial properties listed for sale in the current auction catalogue for sale next month (December).

Property Management and Valuation university graduate Keri started her career with Nuttall Parker Morgan in 1999 as a trainee in general practice surveying before moving to Brinsons as a commercial property surveyor with her workload covering commercial property agency as well as commercial property management.

Her next appointment was with Alder King LLP where for four years she was employed as s senior surveyor working in commercial property agency specialising in industrial property but also covering offices and retail. Former clients included First Investments, Wolseley, Dairy Crest, Local Shopping REIT and AXA Real Estate.

Keri, who in her spare time enjoys gardening and has a RHS diploma in horticulture, said she is relishing the opportunity to help develop the new avenues of business for Paul Fosh Auctions.
