TWL Voice and Data has won the contract to supply Newport-based clothing retailer JoJo Maman Bebe with telecommunication and live-contact-centre support.

TWL has a relationship with JoJo Maman Bebe which stretches back over 15 years and was successful in its bid to win the new contract to supply a completely new telecommunication system across its Newport base.

The new contract included replacing the old phone system with a new Mitel MiVoice Office 250 system, as well as a new contact centre which includes data such as staff response times being shown on a large plasma display.

Managing director of TWL Andrew Nicholson said: “This contract means a great deal to us as it testifies to the quality of work we have supplied in the past. The new system will mean the Newport head-office will have fantastic telecoms for years to come and the new contact centre has been very popular with staff, so much so that they are considering replacing their London system for the new Mitel in the very near future. The new system in London could also mean linking up to 68 stores across the UK as well as plans to go international.”

Head of IT at JoJo Maman Bebe Ian Bidder said: “The installation engineers worked seamlessly with my own internal team to ensure that the first the users knew about the change was when a new handset appeared on their desks, connected in and ready to go.

“After the installation, TWL ensured that we were fully trained in the use of the new system and also provided remote assistance for any post-installation queries we had. The project delivery exceed our expectations.”
