Management Consultant Nerys Corfield is dedicated to helping clients convert their strategies into reality .

Working with clients to improve performance of sales and B2B relationship management teams she is finding there is strong demand for her consultancy in South Wales.

Injection Consulting works with blue chip customers, including Mitel, the global provider of unified communications solutions, to increase the profile and messaging of their contact centre solutions across all vertical sectors.

“I knew for a long time that I wanted to be a consultant and help companies improve their performance,” she said .

Her consultancy, based in Monmouthshire has particular expertise in the contact centre industry, which is increasingly important to the economy of South Wales, and the UK.

“In Britain there are around 734,000 agents in 6,200 contact centres, so are is a very significant contributor to the economy,” she said.

As Chair of the Contact Centre Council for the Direct Marketing Association, Nerys is at the heart of the issues facing the industry in the

UK. The DMA and the Council is involved with the debate on nuisance and cold calling, the new data protection regulations and are the vanguards of best practice for all direct marketing activities.

Nerys has also been appointed a non-executive director to Connect Assist, an outsourcer who provides dedicated helplines, digital services and

helpline consultancy services to charity, third sector and public sector organisations.

Injection Consulting received support from Monmouthshire County Council to establish the business in the form of a £1,000 grant from the Kickstart programme, funded jointly by the council and Tata Steel subsidiary UK Steel Enterprise.
