Matthew Lewis, operations director of the Celtic Manor Resort, is set to be the speaker at the next City of Newport Business Club event, held at the resort on Thursday, April 28.

Matthew joined the Celtic Manor Resort in 2007 and was promoted to operations director in 2014, bringing his enthusiastic personality and character to a wide-ranging role which oversees the resort’s many operations including its hotels, restaurants, golf courses, spa, activities and leisure.

Matthew will take business club members and guests behind the scenes at one of Wales’ most iconic venues to explain how the resort manages to host global events like the Nato Summit and the Ryder Cup, while still making sure that every one of its guests receives the five-star, VIP treatment.

The event commences at 5.30pm and will be held at Hedley’s Suite, the Manor House, at the resort.
