Cwmbran-based Green & Co Accountants and Tax Advisors has raised £837.50 for Children in Need.
The team held ‘The Great Green & Co Bake Off’ and a raffle with prizes including a one month gym membership, family entry passes to local attractions and meal vouchers at popular restaurants.
Ed Gooderham, director at Green & Co, said: "We’re thrilled to have raised over double what we did last year.
"It's such an important cause, and to raise more than £800 in a day is incredibly rewarding. Our team is always passionate about raising money for charity. I’d like to thank everyone who got involved with our very own version of the bake off and all the local businesses who donated prizes for the raffle. It wouldn't be successful without all of their support and hard work. Another year, another Children in Need target beaten.”
