Narduzzo of Monmouth Limited, the Newport-based kitchen and bathroom supplier, has acquired another unit in addition to its existing three premises in South Wales.

Narduzzo agreed a lease for 1,260 sq ft (200 sq m) of industrial space at Maesglas Industrial Estate, in Newport, which is managed by JLL and owned by Arundel House Estates Limited.

The company already operates a showroom from Newport city centre along with Units 14 and 15 on the estate.

Robert Narduzzo, owner of Narduzzo of Monmouth, said: “We have increased our warehousing capacity within the estate in response to the continued success of our brand.

"The new warehouse provides a conveniently located distribution base for our showrooms in Newport and Monmouth as well as a trade outlet for our exclusive range of bathrooms and tiles.”

JLL is the sole letting agent for the industrial estate, which is located approximately 1.5 miles from Newport city centre and provides tenants with excellent transport links to Junction 28 of the M4 via the A48. Some existing occupiers within the estate include Parcelforce, Screwfix and Howden’s Joinery.

Harriet Costello, surveyor at JLL in Cardiff, who negotiated the lease, said: “Maesglas Industrial Estate continues to maintain high occupancy levels with only three of 26 industrial units available, ranging from 2,140 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft in size.

"The estate has provided a highly sought after location for trade counter operators because of its excellent transport links to the M4 motorway and attractive unit design.”
